Educational Services
CodeCraft Academy provides educational services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no warranties regarding specific learning outcomes, job placement guarantees, or career advancement results. Individual success depends on personal commitment, market conditions, and various external factors beyond our control.
Technical Platform
We do not warrant that our educational platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect the learning experience. We work diligently to minimize such disruptions but cannot guarantee perfect availability.
Content Accuracy
Course content is regularly updated to reflect current industry standards. However, the rapidly evolving nature of technology means that some information may become outdated. Students are encouraged to supplement learning with current industry resources and practices.
Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CodeCraft Academy's total liability exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
Excluded Damages
CodeCraft Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or global health emergencies that may affect educational delivery.
Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Dispute Resolution Procedures
1 Direct Communication
Students are encouraged to first contact CodeCraft Academy directly to resolve any disputes or concerns. Most issues can be resolved through open communication and good faith efforts by both parties.
2 Mediation Process
If direct communication fails to resolve the dispute, both parties agree to participate in mediation conducted by a neutral third party before pursuing formal legal action.
3 Formal Legal Action
Only after exhausting mediation options may either party pursue formal legal proceedings in accordance with Sri Lankan law and within the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
Terms Modification and Severability
Modification Policy
CodeCraft Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email or through the educational platform. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects our original intent.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between students and CodeCraft Academy. They supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
